Use it properly for 30 days. If your teeth aren’t whiter, message us and we’ll refund what you paid for the product. You don’t have to send the used kit back — just tell us your order number and what happened.

How to claim

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 71 133 514 any time within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a line about what happened. We’ll come back to you and process the refund as quickly as we can.

Changed your mind instead?

If the item is unopened and unused, send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund it in full. Return delivery is on you — unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it, we pay the delivery, and we don’t ask for the damaged one back.

What’s not covered

  • Gift cards.
  • Items bought from anyone other than us.
  • Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.

This guarantee applies to everything we sell, including discounted items and bundles. We reserve the right to decline repeated claims from the same customer.
